Property management

All our clients will be offered full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs and regular inspection visits to the property. We will also meet your guests, giving and collecting your property keys.

We will look after and keep your property in good order. This also includes the organisation of paperwork, keeping you informed of events at all times. Monthly visit to make sure that everything is fine. We are your representative before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.). Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns etc.

There is a monthly fee of £25 for these services and a 10% discount for those who choose to pay the fees on an annual basis. There is also a special 10% discount for those who purchased their property through our agency.

Please note:

These charges do not include the costs of the actual bills from the service provider, electricity, water, etc. For property over 20 km from our local office a small fuel change is made of 0.20 Lev/km ( at the present exchange rate of about 2.8 lev to the Pound Sterling that's 7p/km )

It would be of great help if the property is connected to an electronic security system with live security guards (costs approx. £20 per month + equipment). We can assist you in finding the best decision for your place. We also must have a key from the property and a power of attorney in order to provide these services.
